Robert Bothwell joins the Firm’s Real Estate group. A highly experienced lawyer with a practice focused on commercial real estate transactions and financings, commercial lending, commercial/retail developments and condominium and multi-family developments, Robert represents a diverse and sophisticated group of clients including developers, financial institutions, corporations, partnerships and individual entrepreneurs.

Amie Heil joins the Firm’s Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation group. She has a broad practice which includes advising clients on comprehensive planning and estate administration matters. Amie also has an impressive and extensive background in a variety of corporate commercial and litigation matters with a focus on owner managed businesses. She brings considerable experience in understanding her clients’ complex needs and developing creative and cost-effective solutions.
