Partners Piotr Nerwiński and Bartosz Nojek have been appointed to lead the Banking and Finance team in Warsaw.
Piotr Nerwiński advises banks and other financial institutions as well as borrowers at all stages of domestic and international financing transactions. He leads financing projects in the areas of project finance, real estate finance and acquisition finance. He specializes in financing for renewable energy projects. He is ranked as a leading lawyer in Banking and Finance in Chambers Global, Chambers Europe and IFLR 1000.
Bartosz Nojek, focuses on corporate and real estate financing transactions. He advises lenders (banks, bank syndicates and funds), as well as borrowers and investors. He has led many of the largest financing transactions in Poland and CEE. He has been ranked repeatedly in international rankings including, Chambers Europe and The Legal 500 EMEA.
The leadership change represents a planned succession and handover from Mateusz Toczyski, who will focus on his leadership role as Global Co-chair of the Banking and Finance practice, while continuing to serve the needs of his clients.
