Amsterdam—Global law firm Dentons advised P3 Logistic Parks on the acquisition of a 62,300 sq.m. warehouse development located in an established logistic park in Herkenbosch, the Netherlands. The long-term investor-developer of European logistics properties has acquired the asset from Solidiam N.V., a residential, office, and logistics real estate developer. P3 Herkenbosch is expected to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2024.

The warehouse development is located in an established business cluster consisting of offices, logistics, and semi-industrial buildings. Located next to highway N570 and close to A73, the area is well-connected and in close proximity to Belgium and Germany.
