London—Leading global law firm Dentons advised Arora Group on its long-term lease agreement for Arora Park Hotel to B&B HOTELS, Europe's fastest growing economy & value-for-money hotel chain. The hotel, in close proximity to Heathrow Airport, was originally built for British Airways crew before being converted to a hotel for the general public. The arrangement sees B&B HOTELS move into the UK market for the first time.

B&B HOTELS marks a significant milestone with this new market while continuing its expansion in countries where it is already present - 17 countries - to become the leader in CSR-committed value for money hospitality hotels, with a target of 3,000 hotels within 10 years.

The Arora Group is one of the UK's largest private owner operator of hotels and owns and manages a diverse portfolio of flagship assets across the nation’s key business locations, partnering with some of the world’s most recognised brands to deliver consistently high service levels and sustainable growth.

Dentons also advised Arora Group on its acquisition of former Heythorp College late last year.
