Partner Anna Szymańska stepped up to head the Public Procurement practice in Dentons’ Warsaw office as from the beginning of April.

Anna Szymańska joined the firm in 2007. She specializes in advising on projects in the transport, energy, defence, security, municipal and urban infrastructure sectors. She represents bidders and awarding entities in tender proceedings, as well as in appeals before the National Chamber of Appeals and courts. She holds a doctorate in law, is a member of the Audit Committee of the Public Procurement Law Association and is a lecturer in postgraduate public procurement studies at the University of Warsaw.

She is supported in her new role by a team of lawyers: Bartłomiej Ślemp, Szymon Piotrowski and Kacper Miller.
