PropertyNL is the largest independent research center for real estate in the Netherlands. In its annual review of the Dutch real estate market, it assesses law firms based on their local and international legal capabilities, involvement in major real estate deals and market reputation.

As a supplement to the report, PropertyNL published the highlights of an exclusive round table discussion, where Dentons Boekel and six other law firms shared their insights about the latest trends in the Dutch real estate market. Wendela Raas, Netherlands Managing Partner and Head of the Real Estate practice in Amsterdam, shared her observations on market demand within key segments and on technology in real estate law.
