Chris Wolfenberg is a partner in the Corporate group at Dentons.

Parkland Corporation: Advising on the acquisition of 163 Husky and Esso retail locations across Canada.
EV Nickel Inc.: Acted for EV Nickel Inc. on its initial public offering of flow-through shares and units and listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Parkland Fuel Corporation: Advising Parkland Fuel Corporation in connection with the filing of the Shelf Prospectus and the Prospectus Supplement regarding the establishment of its CA$250 million at-the-market equity program
Kent Imaging Inc.: Advising Kent Imaging, a Calgary medical imaging manufacturer, on its US$15 million private equity investment from TVM Life Science Innovation II SCSp. European based private equity financing
Parkland Fuel Corporation: Advising on the acquisition of a US-based fuel retailer
Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp.: Advising Zomedica, an animal health company, on its registered direct offering and subsequent US public offering
Global Power Technologies: Advising Global Power, the largest supplier of remote power solutions to the oil and gas industry, on its Management buy out of Gentherm Global Power Technologies
Confidential Client: Advising a private Fintech client to launch proprietary platform

Confidential Client: Advising a cryptocurrency client to complete a range of corporate finance and start-up matters including: cryptocurrency funding, security, incorporation, seed financing, banking matters, round financing and joint venture matters
Parkland Fuel Corporation: Advising Parkland Fuel on acquiring the majority of the Canadian business and assets of CST Brands for approximately CA$965 million from Alimentation Couche-Tard. Parkland Fuel Corporation (Parkland) reached an agreement with Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (Couche-Tard) to acquire the majority of the Canadian business and assets of CST Brands, Inc. (CST) for approximately CA$965M. Parkland is the largest independent distributor of fuel and petroleum products in Canada
