International Organization: Supporting the concept design for a new healthcare IT operating model, with the goal of achieving semantic interoperability within the sector.
National Monetary Institution: Supporting the business process redesign of the client’s back office, paving the way for a core system replacement and modernization to make the operations of the bank futureproof.
International Organization: Providing project management support for a software design and implementation project, the aim of which was to create a unified portal for the tourism industry, for sharing financing information and operational best practices.
International Insurance Company: Advising the client in the review and improvement of their product oversight and governance (POG) processes, including synchronizing local procedures with group-level standards.
Nonprofit Organization: Supporting the transformation of donor relations for a major nonprofit in the CEE region, including the redesign and improvement of the client’s relevant processes, and supporting business requirements definition for the implementation of Salesforce.
Logistics Service Provider: Supporting the client in identifying and prioritizing user needs and business requirements, as well as coordinating related IT system procurement in connection with the operational transformation of the firm in order to create new capabilities and service offerings.
Fintech Company: Assisting the client with product strategy design, as well as business requirements identification and vendor selection for developing their mobile application, resulting in a solution that facilitates donations between private donors and nonprofit organizations.
Big4 firm: Coordinating the development of a PSD2-based solution—the first of its kind in the industry—including identifying business goals, defining business requirements, as well as designing processes, examination and preparation of the legal compliance framework of the development, and rollout planning.
Insurance Company: Defining the product strategy and building the related financial model for a new bancassurance cooperation. Also helping the client with go-live planning for the new services.
Confidential Clients: Supporting various clients across a range of industries in M&A transactions, by performing IT due diligence of the target companies, including reviewing policies, processes, systems, services, licenses and assets.
Sports Organization: Assisting the client, during the planning of a sports youth academy, to define the value proposition and service portfolio of the institution, including finding the right location, defining the service level based on international best practices (including training facilities, boarding, external services), creating the business model, defining investment needs and preparing the implementation roadmap.
Insurance Company: Helping the client create a five-year growth strategy, including defining the vision, as well as the potential playing fields and way-to-plays, together with a strategic business model. Finally, the necessary strategic actions were identified, with their implementation roadmap and KPIs.
Infrastructure Operator Company: Building the financial and business plan of a planned sports arena, including designing the optimal service portfolio, modeling the cost structure and income generating potential (based on a benchmark, location and demand analysis).
Utility Company: Participating in a strategic project for the client, with the goal of creating a new digital service offering. After understanding user needs and defining a corresponding service offering, Dániel helped coordinate the procurement, integration and testing of the IT systems needed for the service, including an SAP S/4 HANA implementation and a mobile application development.
State-owned Infrastructure Company: Creating the financial model of a sports arena planned in Budapest, based on the suggested changes and optimization of the service portfolio and cost structure.
Telecommunications Company: Creating a 5G strategy for the client, including the potential service portfolio, and role in national developments.
Software Development Company: Designing a new incentive structure for a large software development company (500+ headcount), aiming to increase productivity and cross-cooperation across the organization.
Energy Company: Supporting the post-merger integration process after a key acquisition of the client. The scope included the synchronization of back office and customer relations processes and planning the related IT integration tasks (including To-Be systems and processes).
Agricultural Company: Supporting SAP S/4 HANA implementation by performing a BPR and supporting test coordination during the project.
