Eduardo is an international lawyer with broad experience in giving legal support to engineering and construction project management in South America (+20 years ) in energy, chemical, mining, transport and real estate development sectors.

He has an extensive background in contract drafting and negotiation (EPC, EPCM, Turn-key, supply contracts, JV, SHA, financing, PPA, public services concessions, etc.) and in complex contractual claims.

During his career, Eduardo has advised several clients on corporate law and in M&A transactions as well as on several regulatory matters.

He directed for more than 10 years the legal department of a company listed in Argentina and Brazil with commercial operations in both countries and in Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia assisting on local and international transactional and regulatory legal issues.

Eduardo is an invited scholar at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain and at the Universidad Austral, Argentina.
