airBaltic: Advising the airline on the largest corporate bond issue originating from Latvia and the first Baltic corporate bond issued internationally since 2022. It was airBaltic's debut issuance into US markets – the successful Rule 144A/Regulation S senior secured bond issue of €340 million 14.50% bonds due 2029. Press release.
Republic of Lithuania: Advising the Republic on updating its Euro Medium Term Note Programme and the successful issuance of €1.5 billion 3.5% Notes due 2034 under the updated Programme. The update of the Programme allows the Republic of Lithuania greater flexibility in accessing the international debt market, meaning it is able to respond quickly to advantageous market conditions. Isle of Man Treasury: Advising the joint lead managers on a successful £400 million sustainability bond issue by the Isle of Man Treasury. The bonds have a semi-annual coupon of 1.625% and mature in 2051. HSBC also acted as the sole ESG structuring agent. This is the first sustainability bond issue by the Isle of Man and is an exceptionally rare debt issue from one of the UK's crown dependencies. Press release.
ČEZ, A.S.: Advising a syndicate of banks on a debut sustainability-linked €600 million 2.375% bond issue by ČEZ due 2027. This was the first ever euro sustainability-linked bond issuance by an investment-grade utility company in Central and Eastern Europe. Press release.
Commercial Bank of Dubai: Advising Commercial Bank of Dubai on its issue of US$600 million Perpetual Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities. Press release.
Wizz Air Plc: Advising the dealers on the establishment of Wizz Air's €3 billion EMTN programme and subsequent programme updates and drawdowns, and the syndicate of underwriters, including BNP Paribas and J.P. RELX: Advising the syndicate of underwriters and the trustee on the issue by RELX of €850 million 3.375% Guaranteed Notes due 2033. The Notes were issued by RELX Finance B.V. and guaranteed by RELX PLC. RELX intends to use the proceeds of the bonds for general corporate purposes.
