The LGBT+ community has grown and achieved so much across the globe, and as we all know, people with passion, combined in their focus, can make the impossible happen. However, the beating drum of intolerance can still be heard and LGBT+ people continue to face discrimination today.  Members of the Trans community in particular face significant obstacles and discrimination in their personal lives, in the workplace and the public sphere.

Inclusive work cultures determine whether LGBT+ team members leave or stay.  This panel discusses the issues that the Trans community face today and how you can use your voice to be a Trans ally at work and within the communities we call home.
