In this session we explored a collection of eighteen scenarios where the sharing of information regarding cyber incidents, threats, and other cybersecurity-related data is crucial. There were also insights into our special guest's thoughts.

These cases are applicable to all organizations falling under the regulatory framework of EU member states, which are mandated to comply with either 

• the NIS 2 Directive by October 17, 2024 or 
• the DORA regulation set to be enforced from January 17, 2025. 

Notably, both of these regulations became effective on January 16 of this year. These instances underscore the growing importance of encouraging affected entities to share insights on detecting, preventing, and managing cyber incidents.

• providers of social networking services platforms.
