This event is the leading conference for retail counsel at the forefront of a changing legal and economic landscape: shifting demographic and social changes impacting both customer preferences and employee expectations; geopolitical tensions that upend trade policy and threaten decades of meticulous supply chain and business planning; advancements in AI and other technologies that will redefine the retail experience. The environment facing retailers creates increasing demands on retail legal counsel to understand new opportunities and risks and provide dynamic counsel to the C-suite to accelerate the business.

Coming from around the world, the Dentons Global Retail Team will be in Atlanta to help retail counsel meet this pivotal moment. We look forward to reconnecting with clients and meeting new people to share knowledge, build contacts, and develop business relationships.

A few key highlights are noted below -- all take place on Thursday, October 26 at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead:

• Matt Clark and Anna Copeman lead a breakout session discussion surrounding the legal and commercial practicalities retail counsel must consider when managing risks from international expansion. “International Retail Risks in Today’s ESG Environment” takes place in the Library from 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
• Catch-up with our retail team at Dentons-sponsored conference breaks from 11:15 -11:45 a.m. (Lobby Level) and again from 3:15 - 3:45 p.m. (Grand Ballroom Foyer).
