Berlin—Global law firm Dentons appointed Berlin employment lawyer Dr. Markus Diepold into the German partnership effective from January 01, 2014. Markus is a certified specialized lawyer for employment law and has been working for the German Employment team since 2009. He started as a senior associate in the Berlin office.

Markus’ clients include globally acting groups, companies and executives. The main emphasis of his work lies on the national and international employment as well as social security law. He has widespread experience in the area of restructuring of companies as well as the associated negotiations on coordination of interests, social plans and labor agreements. Furthermore, he holds established experience in litigation at the labor courts, higher labor courts and the German Federal Labor Court in all questions regarding individual and collective employment law. On a regular basis Markus presents lectures on topics concerning employment law. He has authored numerous publications.
