On October 14 Dentons’ German Desk in Russia conducted a networking and round table discussion event for top management of German companies that was devoted to the current economic situation in the Russian market. SELGROS Cash & Carry generously supported the evening with selected wines.

Top managers discussed the impact of the Ukrainian crisis and the current sanctions regime on business development, contemplated the current economic and political relations between Germany/the EU and Russia, and shared their personal outlook on further prospects.

The speakers were Dr. Frank Schauff, CEO of the Association of European Businesses, and Michael Harms, Chairman of the management board of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce. Florian Schneider, Managing Partner, Dentons Moscow, moderated the event.
