London—Dentons is pleased to announce the recruitment of two new partners in London: structured finance specialist Peter Voisey and projects lawyer Alistair Black.

Peter was previously a Partner at Clifford Chance. His clients include retail and investment banks, both as issuers and arrangers of structured capital markets transactions, advisory firms, building societies, central banks, industry bodies, insurance companies, funds and shadow banks. He is regarded as a leading authority on asset backed securities, covered bonds and warehousings, covering many different asset classes, and on portfolio acquisitions, disposals and financings, and will work alongside structured finance Partner Ed Hickman, who joined the Firm in 2012 from Linklaters, in order to further grow the practice.

Alistair Black joins from the Projects team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a senior associate. He has a wide range of experience in the LNG, oil and gas, conventional, renewable and nuclear power and petrochemicals sectors, and his skillset covers project development, project finance and corporate M&A. He has been appointed a Partner within Dentons' Energy, Transport and Infrastructure (ETI) practice.
