Dentons, with partners Federico Vanetti and Maria Sole Insinga, assisted ITAS Mutua during the acquisition of a property designed by Giò Ponti, located in Santa Maria Segreta, Milan. The seller was Valore Sviluppo Immobiliare - Section I S.r.l..

The property will host the Milanese offices of ITAS Mutua, after the renovation that will begin shortly.

This operation follows the acquisition by ITAS Mutua of the Italian subsidiaries of the British Insurance Company RSA and confirms the company's plan to strengthen its presence in Milan.
