A Dentons-led consortium won a government tender to provide legal advice on a PPP project to develop the common grounds adjacent to Warsaw’s National Stadium. Dentons' role will be to assist the Ministry of Investment and Development and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism in selecting a private-sector partner to join the PPP project.

The preliminary conceptual plan for the National Stadium’s common grounds envisages a public park and promenades, a multi-function sports and entertainment arena for 20,000 viewers, and a conference center for 8000 guests, as well as a hotel and office buildings. The estimated project value exceeds PLN 1 billion.

Tomasz Korczyński, Co-leader of Dentons PPP practice in Poland will be at the helm of the project team.
