Paris—Dentons announced today the appointment of Marc Fornacciari as France Managing Partner. In this new role, he will be responsible for the growth and development of the Paris office – currently the Firm’s largest office in continental Europe.

A partner at Dentons for the past decade, Marc Fornacciari leads the Europe Public Policy and Regulation Government group and is Co-Head of the Transportation and Infrastructure group.  He is a highly regarded lawyer in his field, ranked in Band 1 in Public Law and Band 2 in PFI/PPP in Chambers Europe 2017, and as a Leading Individual in Administrative and Public Law in The Legal 500 2017.  He is the author or co-author of numerous legal publications, including most notably, Le Guide opérationnel des PPP (“The operational guide to PPPs”) published by Éditions du Moniteur.

Before joining Dentons, Marc Fornacciari worked as a partner at French law firm Jeantet Associés, and prior to that he held senior positions at RWE France, Suez Environnement, Lyonnaise des Eaux, and the French public sector.

Marc Fornacciari takes over the France Managing Partner role from Pascal Chadenet, who has decided to step down from his leadership role to focus fully on his legal practice.  He will remain at Dentons as a partner in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practices in Paris.

Dentons has been present on the French market through its legacy firm since 1976.  The Paris office now employs more than 120 lawyers, including 49 partners.
