Dentons’ Banking and Finance team in Warsaw advised the consortium of two German banks – Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale (Helaba) and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG – on refinancing a portfolio of four office buildings with a total GLA of 80 000 sqm owned by Griffin Premium Real Estate N.V. These are modern Class A office buildings: Centrum Biurowe Lubicz in Kraków, West Gate and Westlink in Wrocław, and Tryton Business House in Gdańsk. The banks issued a loan facility of up to €100 million.

The scope of Dentons’ legal advice involved preparation of all finance documentation required for the project and a due diligence report.
