Prague—Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, advised WOOD & Company on its acquisition of the Greenline office building from property developer Karimpol International for an undisclosed amount.

The Greenline building, located in the heart of the Prague 4 business district, was completed in 2015. The LEED Gold certified office building offers 15,500 sqm of leasable space and is fully occupied by leading companies such as SCS Software, Huawei Technologies, Nordic Telecom 5G and Kia Motors Czech.

With the transaction WOOD & Company further expands its portfolio in the Czech Republic, which also includes Hadovka Office Park, HARFA mixed-use office and retail center, and Krakov shopping center, all located in Prague. Dentons advised on the acquisitions of all these assets.
