Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised the Polnord Group on the sale of two modern office buildings (Betheone and Befree) in the Wilanów Office Park complex. The purchaser is a subsidiary of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

The properties are attractively situated in Warsaw’s upmarket Wilanów district, in the vicinity of the south Warsaw ring road (now under construction). The office compound consists of two three-storey buildings with two underground levels, which offer a total of over 17,000 sq. m. of modern office space above ground and 352 underground car park spaces. The Betheone building (previously known as “B1”) was officially opened in 2011 and comprises a total of 7,461 sq. m. of office space and 160 underground car park spaces. The Befree (previously known as B3), was opened in 2012 and has a total of 10,117 sq. m. of office space and 192 underground car park slots. Both office buildings hold modern eco-standards certifications.
