Paris—Dentons Paris advised BNP Paribas Capital Partners on the launch and first close of BNP Paribas Singularity Fund I, with commitments totaling €80M.

Singularity Fund aims at delivering a solid financial performance, together with measurable positive impact, framed around the UN's sustainable development objectives. The fund will focus on sustainable growth trends, including demographic, technological and climate change issues, which offer opportunities to create long-term value.

The team was led by Guillaume Panuel (partner) with Nicolas Capelli (associate) for fund structuring aspects and Fabrice Korenbeusser (associate) for tax law aspects.
