Aya Gold & Silver Inc. (Aya) has recently announced that it has entered into a binding term sheet with Algold Resources (Algold) pursuant to which Aya would become the sole shareholder of Algold.

Under the terms of the investment agreement, Aya will provide Algold with CA$100,000 in cash and CA$2.5 million in shares to fund Algold’s proposal. Aya will also provide CA$2.4 million in Aya shares to be distributed to Algold current shareholders with a view to become Algold’s sole shareholder. The transaction is valued at CA$14.7 million.
