Today at Paris Arbitration Week, Dentons has launched its International Commercial Arbitration Toolkit, giving clients access to details of a potential place/seat of arbitration and enforcement laws across jurisdictions, all delivered via an easy-to-use online platform, and which is open to all.

The toolkit allows users to access comparative summaries of law and procedure across countries and jurisdictions according to case, using detailed filters to customize a report, see results in a native style according to the precedent of that country - and therefore make selections on an informed basis across more than 30 countries. Dentons’ global reach across more than 200 offices in over 80 countries, ensures that the toolkit will continue to grow in country coverage and client value, into the future.

International commercial arbitration represents vast market opportunity, serving multinational parties and parties with international business.
