Bratislava—Global law firm Dentons has advised VUJE, Slovakia's market leader in nuclear energy, on a cooperation agreement with newcleo, an innovator in the field of nuclear energy. The agreement establishes a framework for technical and commercial cooperation aimed at the development and implementation of newcleo's lead-cooled fast reactor (LFR) technology in Slovakia.

This agreement will capitalize on VUJE's extensive experience in developing cutting-edge nuclear technologies, particularly in the construction and commissioning of nuclear reactors, as well as fast reactor technologies, positioning Slovakia at the forefront of advanced nuclear development.

Newcleo is an Italian-headquartered nuclear energy company that aims to combine proven reactor technologies with new developments and the closing of the fuel cycle to deliver safer, cleaner, and reliable energy at a competitive cost.
