Shareholder Gaile Pugh Gratton Greene was awarded the 2023 Verin-Walker President’s Award for Service at the Magic City Bar Association's (MCBA) 2023 Scholarship Banquet on November 16, 2023, held at The Harbert Center in downtown Birmingham. Dentons Sirote PC was also a proud sponsor of the banquet, which awards scholarships to minority law students attending the five law schools in Alabama: Birmingham School of Law, Cumberland School of Law, Jones School of Law, Miles Law School, and The University of Alabama School of Law.

Greene has served on the MCBA's Board of Directors since 2019 and as the MCBA President in 2018. She is a shareholder in Dentons Sirote's Employment and Labor practice in Birmingham, where she has over three decades of experience litigating employment claims. In her practice, Greene advises clients on the development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. She also conducts investigations of discrimination claims and employee misconduct and performs labor audits.

Greene's contribution to the legal field has earned her numerous recognitions and awards. She is a Fellow of both the Alabama Law Foundation and the Birmingham Bar Foundation and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© in Litigation–Labor and Employment every year since 2012. She has also been named to B-Metro Magazine's list of Top Women Attorneys and the Birmingham Business Journal's "Who's Who in Law" list, among others. Last year, she was awarded the Magic City Bar Association's 2022 Distinguished Service Award, which speaks volumes for her dedication and commitment to the legal profession.
