As chair of Dentons’ Capital Markets practice, Klingenberg is based in the New York office where he focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities and other structured products. Klingenberg is known for helping clients structure complicated and esoteric transactions, ranging from SFR securitizations and financings; financing, selling and securitizing MSR portfolios and excess servicing spread; triple-net lease warehouse lines and securitizations; and financing warehouse lines and repurchase facilities, including through repo securitizations.
