The Atlanta Business Chronicle has named Atlanta Public Policy principal Stephen Lawson to its “40 Under 40” list, which recognizes Atlanta’s best and brightest young professionals and emerging leaders.

In Lawson’s career as a public affairs and communications strategist, he has represented corporate, nonprofit, advocacy and governmental clients on public policy, crisis communications, media relations and strategic messaging.

He has served prominent figures including Florida Governor and now US Senator Rick Scott, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former US Senator for Georgia Kelly Loeffler, Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tyler Harper, Georgia Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones and most recently Georgia Speaker of the House Jon Burns. Before joining Dentons, Lawson was president of Full Focus Communications, a full-service public affairs firm handling corporate and advocacy clients.
