Alexander Reiner, LL.M. (Leiden/The Haag) is a counsel in the Munich office. He is a member of the Corporate practice group and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity as well as general corporate law. Alexander has extensive experience in the automotive, financial services and technology industries.

Prior to joining Dentons, Alexander worked several years in another leading international law firm. He studied law in Dresden, Brno and Leiden/ The Haag. During his legal traineeship he worked in the corporate department of a leading law firm in New York City. Alexander holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Leiden/The Haag (the Netherlands).

Shareholder of ancosys: Advising the shareholder of semiconductor supplier ancosys as part of a team led by MLL Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep on the sale to Nova.
Kaia Health Software GmbH: Advising the Digital Health Startup Kaia Health Software GmbH on a US$ 26 million series B financing. The financing round was led by Optum Ventures, Idinvest and Capital300.
Contentserv: Advising software company Contentserv on strategic investment by Investcorp.
US laser technology specialist: Advising on the German corporate and securities law matters related to the merger with another American company.
Private Equity Investor: Advising in relation to the acquisition a leading financial services provider having its main focus on cash-less payment transactions at point-of-sale (POS).
Private Equity Investor: Advising in relation to the acquisition of a majority shareholding in a payment institution regarding online payment procedures.
Motorsports Complex bidder: Advising with respect to a bidding process regarding the acquisition of the complex.
Leading automobile manufacturer: Advising in relation to an international compliance project.
Private Equity Investor: Advising in relation to the acquisition of a majority shareholding in two German banks.
