• Hilton Worldwide: Representing in connection with its negotiation of hotel management and franchise agreements around the world, including the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
• KSL Capital Partners/Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR).: Assisted a joint venture between KSL and KKR in their acquisition of the Apple Leisure Group from Bain Capital. Apple Leisure is North America’s top seller of all-inclusive vacation packages and its portfolio includes resort brands, a tour operator, an online travel agency, a vacation packager for agents and a destination marketing group.
• AJ Capital Partners: Representing in the sale of its Graduate Hotels brand to Hilton Worldwide valued at US$210 million.

We act as lead counsel to Ohana Real Estate Holdings, LLC and its parent company, Ohana Holdings, the personal holding company and family office of an ultra-high net worth individual. We continue to advise our client as to all of their luxury hotel and residential projects. This representation includes both the historic and continuing development of the ultra-luxury Maravilla residential project and the related private membership beach and recreational club, as well as with the operation, marketing and sales activities associated with the 5-star Montage resort and branded residences; all of which are included in Ohana's large mixed-use Twin Dolphin project.
