Paweł Fortuna is an associate in Dentons’ Warsaw office and a member of the Competition practice team. He specializes in Polish and EU competition law. He advises primarily in the areas of antitrust, merger control, foreign investment control, and consumer law.

His experience includes preparing merger control notifications to the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, advising on antitrust aspects of horizontal and vertical cooperation between undertakings, as well as on commercial strategies applied by dominant undertakings. He conducts antitrust audits and investigations, assists clients during dawn raids and unannounced inspections, represents clients in proceedings before the Polish competition authority and in appeal proceedings against its decisions.
