Rachael is a partner in the Corporate practice in London, advising private and public company clients on UK and cross-border transactions. Rachael's experience covers a broad spectrum of work from private acquisitions and joint ventures to advising public clients on listings and governance matters. She joined the Firm as a trainee in 2011.

Whilst at Dentons, Rachael has completed two client secondments: one with TUI Travel PLC and one with Walgreens Boots Alliance.

Rachael is the Co-Chair of Dentons' Women's Network: Inspire.
