Semen is a professional support lawyer in Dentons’ Brussels office and a member of the International Trade and Customs practice group. Since 2020, Semen has been advising on various trade and customs matters in different jurisdictions, including the European Union, Eurasian Economic Union/Russia, Turkey, India and others. His experience extends to WTO rules, customs, trade policy, export controls and sanctions.

Semen graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, where he gained extensive knowledge on international economics and trade policy. He also holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law and Policy from the University of Barcelona and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles.
