During the webinar we will discuss in particular:

• Application of CIT taxation to limited partnerships and general partnerships – consequences of the changes, first practical experiences, risk of application of the GAAR clause, explanations of tax authorities.
• Introduction of the definition of a real estate company to the CIT Act – what to pay attention to in 2021.
• Obligation to prepare and publish information on the implementation of tax strategy.
• Change in jurisdiction of specialised tax offices, planned changes to the statute of limitations for tax offences and the amount of fines for tax offences.
• SLIM VAT in practice – first practical difficulties with correcting invoices under the new rules.
