Not quite. Economic changes, crises, increasingly expert data analysis skills by tax authorities – all these aspects make transfer pricing a topical issue and approach to IC transactions and choice of settlement methods may need adjusting.

We would like to invite you to an online meeting, where we will discuss from a practical point of view the recent changes and events in the field of transfer pricing focusing on the interpretation and highlighting issues requiring special attention when preparing the 2022 TP documentation.

• Economic environment, crisis factors – Do they affect the issue of transfer pricing and related risks and how?
• TP audits – What lessons can we learn and what can we expect?
• Global and local changes in regulations, particularly those affecting international corporate groups, including the global minimum tax, tax on shifted income, Polish minimum tax, amendments to the Commercial Companies Code introducing the notion of “binding instructions”.

The invitation to the event is extended to persons interested in and/or dealing with tax issues on a daily basis, especially business owners, corporate managers, directors and employees of financial, legal and tax departments.
