The obligation to use the National Electronic Invoicing System (KSeF) has become a reality. On 9 August this year, the text of the law introducing the new e-invoicing system was published in the Journal of Laws.

For most entrepreneurs, the time has come to prepare for revolutionary changes in invoicing. The issuance of invoices in a structured form is to become the exclusive form of invoicing in relations between entrepreneurs and means the replacement of paper invoices and electronic invoices issued in the current manner (i.e., between entrepreneurs). The obligation to use KSeF applies not only to Polish taxpayers, but in certain cases also to companies not established in Poland.

The aim of our online meeting is to present the assumptions of the new invoicing system, which were included in the final text of the law, and to discuss the impact of the KSeF on the organization and business relations with contractors.
