Sirote is pleased to congratulate one of our firm's outstanding attorneys, Brad Sklar, for being named Best Lawyers® 2021 Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships) "Lawyer of the Year" in Birmingham.
This is a great honor for Brad because only a single lawyer in each practice specialty and metropolitan area is honored as the "Lawyer of the Year," making this accolade particularly significant. "Lawyers of the Year" selections are based upon particularly impressive voting averages received during the peer review assessments. Unsurprisingly, this isn't the first time Brad has been named "Lawyer of the Year" in Birmingham: He also earned this recognition in 2018 and 2020 in Tax Law; in 2017 for Corporate Law; and in 2016 for Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships).
In addition to the "Lawyer of the Year" award, Brad was listed in the 2021 edition of The Best Lawyers in America© for Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships), an honor for which he has been recognized every year since 2015; for Corporate Law (every year since 2014); for Real Estate Law (every year since 2016); and for Tax Law (every year since 2003). Brad has garnered an impressive number of awards throughout his career, including being ranked in Chambers U.S.A. (Corporate/Commercial) every year since 2012. He has been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers® and holds an AV-Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Rating™.
