Dentons has advised Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen and pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank on the extension of their financing in the amount of €100 million for another five years. The loan, initially granted in 2018, was used to finance a portfolio of office properties in Poland owned by Globalworth including Centrum Biurowe Lubicz in Krakow, Tryton Business Park in Gdansk and Spektrum Tower in Warsaw.

Helaba and pbb acted as joint lead arrangers providing equal portions of the funding. Helaba also acted as facility and security agent of the transaction.

Globalworth is an office property investor in Central and Eastern Europe, operating primarily in Poland and Romania, with a portfolio valued at €2.6 billion as of the end of 2024.

Dentons supported the lenders in preparing, negotiating and signing the finance documents and securities as well as advised on related real estate matters.
