Kamil Gapski is an associate in Dentons’ Warsaw office and a member of the Real Estate practice group.

He specializes in commercial law, civil law and administrative law, in particular in relation to real estate matters.

He has experience in sales and acquisitions on the Polish real estate market, notably in drafting due diligence reports, legal opinions, negotiatinmg development management agreements and drafting transaction documentation for investors.

Kamil has a wealth of experience in advising clients on the full lifecycle of the investment process: due diligence, negotiation of land acquisition agreements, zoning, development, road investment agreements, design and construction matters (including negotiating architect and contractor agreements), as well as drafting and negotiating leases and property management agreements in the office, retail and logistics sectors.

Experience

Data4Group: Advising a Data Center operator on its entry into the Polish market and managing its first investment transaction concerning the acquisition of land, the design and construction permits for its Data Center in Jawczyce near Warsaw (one of the most innovative Data Centers in Poland). Following the successful acquisition, our scope of works was expanded to include advice on design agreements, construction contracts and other development-related aspects of the project.
SEGRO: Advising a warehouse developer on multiple projects across various locations in Poland, providing comprehensive support throughout the entire investment process. This included due diligence, land acquisition, zoning and permitting, negotiating development and construction agreements, within the logistics sector.
Compal Electronics: Advising a leading Taiwanese electronics manufacturer on the acquisition of an investment site for the development of a modern factory of electronic components in a DMA formula. The PLN 230 million investment will be located in Czeladź, in the Eastern Economic Zone, and will be the Taiwanese company's first production facility in Europe.
B.H. Holding / TEDI: Advising on the acquisition and development of a logistic facility in Szczecin designed to serve the TEDI retail network in Northern Europe.
Brembo: Advising one Europe’s leading car parts manufacturers on expansion in Southern Poland, both with respect to the real estate acquisition and in ongoing matters connected with construction of the new production facilities.
BNP Paribas: Advising on real estate financing transactions related to office and logistics investments in Poland, including projects under development.
