Michael Pappas is a Senior Managing Associate in Dentons’ Kansas City office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He focuses on complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Michael represents and advises clients through all phases of litigation, including initial pleadings, discovery, motion practice, court hearings, and trial. His practice spans a wide range of matters, including breach of contract, consumer class actions, franchise issues, intellectual property, creditor’s rights, and shareholder disputes. He also has experience conducting internal investigations. Michael’s breadth of experience makes him well-equipped to handle nearly any dispute and ensures that his clients can explore every available option to best protect and pursue their rights

Michael received his JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he was Valedictorian of his class.
