Transfer pricing has been one of the key areas of interest for tax authorities for several years. However, the administration is not stopping there, introducing further tax legislation focused on related party transactions, such as the tax on pass-through income and the Polish minimum tax, effective from 2024. At the same time, Poland is obliged by an EU directive to introduce global minimum tax legislation soon.

During the webinar we will discuss practical observations from recent years in the field of transfer pricing and present the new related party rules and their relevance for Polish group taxpayers.
