Busby provides counsel to individuals, families and business owners on estate planning, trust planning, wealth preservation, probate and tax planning, emphasizing strategies to minimize both estate and income taxes. He also works with closely held business owners on a variety of issues, including generational transfers and succession and tax planning. Additionally, he assists fiduciaries with the administration of trusts and estates.
