Berlin—Global law firm Dentons has advised French investment manager Advenis Real Estate Investment Management ("Advenis") on the acquisition of the Alphahaus office building in Offenbach near Frankfurt am Main. Advenis is purchasing the property as investment advisor for the French fund Eurovalys, which primarily invests in office and commercial properties in Germany. The seller is Bain Capital.

The seven-story office property is located in Offenbach's growing Kaiserlei office district. The building has a total of approximately 24,000 square meters of lettable space and around 220 car parking spaces. The ground floor use includes retail as well as various showrooms, while the remaining six floors are let to office users.

A Dentons team from Berlin and Düsseldorf advised Advenis on all legal aspects of the transaction.
