Dusseldorf/Warsaw—Global law firm Dentons has advised Palmira Capital Partners (“Palmira”), one of Europe’s leading investors and asset managers in logistics and corporate real estate, on the acquisition of a logistics and office center in Poland for the European Core Logistics Fund (ECLF). The vendor is the investment company Mirae.

The property, built in 2014 and located between Poznan and Lodz, in Kragola, comprises around 38,100 sq.m. of warehouse space and 1,600 sq.m. of office space. It is fully let to the Polish retail group Eurocash S.A.

With this transaction and the recent purchase of a property in Ghent, Belgium, the ECLF, with a target volume of €400 million, is fully invested. Palmira is planning to launch its successor product for European core logistics properties, the Palmira ECLF 3, in spring this year.
