Paris—Dentons' Paris office advised Montyon Capital, an independent investment fund dedicated to high-potential industrial companies, on the leveraged buyout of Caillau Group, a worldwide specialist in metal fastening solutions for the automotive industry and other critical industrial applications.

The transaction closed on 9 October 2025. It results in Montyon Capital becoming the majority shareholder, alongside a management team that significantly reinvested. The deal also marks the exit of historical investors led by Cathay Capital. 

The cross-practice Paris office was led by Guillaume Kessler (Partner, M&A Private Equity), with Caroline Pucel (Counsel), Pauline Barbou des Places (Associate), Élodie Mallet (Associate) and Lily-Marie Gaube (Lawyer), and also comprised David Levy (Counsel, Tax), Emmanuelle Van den Broucke (Partner, Competition) with Suzane Darkazanli (Associate), Jean-Marc Alix (Partner, Finance) with Steeve Jaskierowicz (Counsel), and Yoel Bendavid (Counsel, Employment).
