Dentons is pleased to announce that Jonathan Ryder has rejoined the Firm as a partner in the Commercial Real Estate and Development group.
Global law firm Dentons has advised the project developer S&G Development GmbH on lease negotiations with H-Hotels for a hotel development at the central station in Leipzig. The project involves a 300-room hotel under the H-Hotel brand “H2” as well as a 200-room hotel under the “Ramada” brand.
