London—Dentons has advised PETRONAS, Malaysia's integrated petroleum corporation, on its sale of a 50% equity interest in Dragon LNG, a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal located at Milford Haven, Wales, to Ancala Partners LLP.

Dragon LNG is one of three LNG regasification terminals in the UK and the only terminal with a reliquefaction capability which allows customers to use the terminal for storage and gas trading activities.
