Transfer pricing (TP) has been growing in importance over the past five years. It has been revolutionised by legislation introduced since 2017, with further significant changes since then.

The Ministry of Finance has been successively issuing explanations on the application of transfer pricing regulations in many areas. Intensive work is also being carried out by the Transfer Pricing Forum preparing recommendations on various issues.

Although it was previously announced that the changes and clarifications are aimed at simplifying and making regulations more transparent, some actions of the Ministry of Finance seem to contradict such an approach. Examples include the regulations on tax havens in force from the beginning of 2021. At the same time, although the deadline for the preparation of documentation has again been extended to 31 December 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the preparation of documentation for 2020 will be a challenge due to the need to analyse and document the impact of the pandemic on intra-group activities and transactions.

We would like to invite you to an online meeting during which we will discuss, from a practical point of view, the latest changes and events in the field of transfer pricing and their interpretation, as well as point out what to pay attention to when preparing the documentation for 2020.
