Rzeczpospolita has published its twelfth ranking of tax advisory firms. Dentons was the highest ranked international law firm, both in terms of advisor numbers and revenue.

Dentons' Tax team was also cited for its involvement in one of what the ranking board sees as the two most prestigious transactions in the market, namely in the refinancing of the Warsaw Spire office complex by a consortium of three German banks – Helaba, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Berlin Hyp. The credit facilities granted in this deal totaled €370 million.

The dispute over making wind farms liable for real estate tax, which is being handled by Dentons, was ranked among the most significant cases pending before administrative courts. Dentons partner Cezary Przygodzki, Co-head of the Tax team in Poland, was listed among the top four transaction advisors in the market.
